Rooms with view of the beautiful pool. Open restaurant, i.e. on the ground floor of the main house, but in the fresh air, as there are no outside walls.
Food came in random order and usually side dishes came some time after the main course. Usually not all persons at the table got their food at the same time.

Great hotel. Staff and management need training on how to attend to customers. Frustrating!
Good location. Food was excellent! Prakash from Auro friends cabs was excellent for showing us around Auroville and Pondicherry.
Getting an alcoholic drink was a big problem.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the beautiful city of Pondicherry and had a truly wonderful experience. the hotel provided excellent value for money, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the well-maintained rooms to the thoughtful little extras that made the stay feel special. Speaking of the rooms, they were comfortable, spacious, and had a great view from the balcony, which made me feel close to nature. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. The breakfast served was delicious - a self-service buffet with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. One detail that stood out to me was the large bed in the room, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
All was well, no improvements needed.

Christmas at this hotel was enjoyable, as they offered complementary wine and chocolates upon arrival. the location was ideal, being close to Auroville and the beach. the pool was also a nice amenity.
The food was not good and the breakfast was especially disappointing. the Indian cuisine lacked flavor and variety.

It's a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with lovely wooden interiors and comfortable mattresses. the breakfast spread is decent and staff is helpful and courteous.
The toilet facilities and cleanliness needs improvement, as per some feedback we have from some guests.

The pool area is lovely and refreshing with a unique design that is pleasing to the eyes. The location, surrounded by flowering trees filling the air with sweet fragrances, is a definite highlight. the staff members were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more comfortable.
The state of the premises was subpar, with a dirty and cramped dining area, and the room felt damp and neglected, with stained sheets. the breakfast was unsatisfactory, with a limited selection of poorly presented, low-quality food.
